She spent a decade as founding partner of Greyspace, a foresight consultancy working with organizations to innovate in the face of structural change, from healthcare and financial services to consumer goods and technology.

Today she advises companies, governments, and leaders worldwide, helping them make sense of complexity, strengthen strategic decision-making, and widen the options in front of them as conditions shift. Her clients include Google, Microsoft, Gartner, IKEA, Cisco, Hermès, Heineken, Deloitte, and Bayer. Her work with international institutions includes the World Economic Forum and the World Trade Organization.

Angela has delivered hundreds of keynotes across industries and continents, ranging from executive teams to audiences of thousands. She addresses emerging technology, global shifts, the future of work, innovation under uncertainty, and leadership through transformation.

She is a Salzburg Global Fellow for leaders working on pressing global issues, and has been featured as a strategic foresight expert on outlets including Sky, TED, and NPR.
